Optomap
The Optomap captures an image of the retina, which allows the doctor to diagnose and monitor a variety of eye conditions. This procedure is quick and painless using a laser scanning technology to create a high resolution of the retina. The procedure is noninvasive and allows patients to resume normal activities after the appointment.
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
The OCT is a non-invasive procedure that allows the Optometrist to see cross-sectional images of the eye's internal structures, particularly the macula and optic nerve. This procedure allows Optometrist to treat and diagnose common eye conditions such as macular degeneration or glaucoma.
